🛒 Orders & Shipping 🚀

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every Banana Tennis item is made to order — that’s how we keep our process more sustainable and quality high. Right now, most orders arrive within 9 to 15 business days (production + delivery). You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

Why did I get my items in separate packages?
Some of our products ship from different production partners, so if you ordered (for example) a tee, a mug, and a bottle, they might arrive in separate deliveries. This helps us reduce unnecessary shipping steps and support a more eco-friendly process. 

Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States 🇺🇸 — but we’re working on expanding soon!

How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow each package right to your doorstep.

👚 Sizing & Fit 👕

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Most of our products are true to size, but please note that some of our kids’ tees though have a very relaxed,  oversized fit — if you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing down.

What if it doesn’t fit?
No problem! We accept exchanges for unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Just email us at hello@bananatennis.com and we’ll help you out.

🌱 Materials & Care 🧺

What materials do you use?
We pick fabrics that kids actually want to wear — soft cotton blends that move easily and feel great. Most of our materials have been tested, washed, and used many times, and we’re proud of the quality: great cotton, strong stitching, and attention to detail.

How do I care for my Banana Tennis clothes?
Most of our products can be machine washed at 30°C (gentle cycle), tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print — your graphics will stay bright and fresh longer.

🎾 Are your clothes good for playing tennis?

Yes — absolutely! Our pieces are great for casual tennis sessions, but they lean more toward a street-style vibe than full performance wear.

We’re very selective about fabrics and haven’t yet found a technical material that meets our quality and comfort standards. Our current Sorona® and performance blends fabrics are lightweight, breathable, and soft, but they won’t feel exactly like the high-compression technical gear from big athletic brands.

We’re always testing new options, though — so stay tuned for future drops with even better performance fabrics!

🎁 Gifts & Packaging 📦

Can I send an item as a gift?
Not just yet — we can’t offer direct gift shipping or special packaging at the moment (but we’re working on it!).

What you can do though, is to add a "gift note” at checkout (but it won't hide the pricing!) if you're buying it for someone special.

If you’re planning to buy a matching set as a present 🎾💝 — like a tee, mug, and bottle — please keep in mind that each item is made and shipped separately. They might arrive in different packages over 10–15 days total.

Who’s behind Banana Tennis?
We’re a mom-and-son team from Los Angeles (hi from Gaia & Leo 👋). We design bold, playful tennis-inspired apparel and accessories for kids who love the game — and the vibe — as much as we do. Read more about us here and here!
